Quick answers

I can only see some of my photos.

You may have given Rake access to selected photos. Open Settings → Privacy & Security → Photos → Rake and update the selection or allow full access.

Does a swipe delete a photo immediately?

No. A left swipe stages it in your Trash pile. Review the pile before confirming deletion. A right swipe keeps it. Undo lets you reverse the last decision.

I deleted photos, but storage hasn’t changed yet.

Check the Recently Deleted album in Apple Photos. Items there may continue to occupy space until they are permanently removed. Only empty that album when you are certain you no longer need those items; that action is permanent.

Where are my trimmed clips?

Rake saves each selected moment as a new video in your photo library. Look in Apple Photos for newly saved videos. The original only joins your deletion pile if you choose that option.

Reporting a problem

Include your device model, iOS version, Rake version, and the steps that led to the issue. A screenshot of the interface can help, but remove any personal information first. Please don’t send your photo library.

Read our privacy policy or open Rake on the App Store.
